Suranjan Das completes his term as Vice Chancellor, Jadavpur University, and has joined in the same designation at Adamas University. This announcement was made at a media roundtable, organised by Adamas University, In the media roundtable, intellectual capital of the institution was introduced, which plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of thousands of students, empowering them to excel in their chosen fields and make meaningful contributions to the society. The Chancellor of Adamas University, Prof. Samit Ray said that personalities like Dr. Suranjan Das are the assets to the University and they do not only elevate the institution but also serve the larger community.
Adamas University has a diverse faculty hailing from 20 different states, with 14 members, possessing international experience from various firms in foreign countries. They were also felicitated at the do. The University’s commitment to innovation is evident through the publication of some patents, and the establishment of 9 specialized research centres. Adamas University is eyeing to expand its global footprint and plans to open international offices in the UK, US, Australia, and Dubai, offering their students, international internship opportunities.
Adamas University is equally serious about sports. They have secured the 18th rank, with 93 participants, in the third year of its participation in KHELO INDIA, highlighting their growing presence in the sports arena.
