Refill Portability: LPG customers will be able to choose their delivering distributors

Forwarding the vision of Hon’ble Prime Minister of making energy accessible and affordable to all, Indian Oil is continuously in endeavour to develop and implement business models with the objective of ease of doing business ensuring customer care.  With this objective Indian Oil has brought another Customer centric initiative through which LPG customers will be able to choose their delivering distributors from the list of Indane distributors serving in that pin code / market. 

Customers will be able to choose alternate distributor other than his/her parent distributor while booking for refill through registered login of IndianOil One app or  https://cx.indianoil.in portal.

The list of servicing distributors along with their performance ratings shall be displayed when the customer is booking a refill through mobile app/customer portal using registered login. The customer can opt for any of the same oil company distributors from the list to get delivery of his current refill booking.  With customers exercising the right to choose the delivery partner, it will further motivate the distributors to provide the best-in-class services to the customers and improve their performance ratings. The flexibility to choose the distributor within the same oil company for each refill will further expand the bouquet of digital services being offered by the OMCs.
