Railways never make any call directly to any person or agency in this regard. All are advised that if any phone call is received from anybody in the name of Railway Officer/Official, extending help to execute any procurement work, manpower engagement etc., it should be considered as fake and inappropriate. No financial transaction to be done by anybody on the basis of such fake/spam phone calls.
